For what ever reason, sometimes it is just easier to stay home put out your yoga mat and soft background meditation music and using your iPad, laptop or tablet to log ion and join our live on-line yoga class.
Release the day with gentle free-flow and mindful movements, connecting with our breath to restore and nourish.
This one hour class will include guided meditations, such as Yoga Nidra, to assist with down-regulating the nervous system and promoting restful sleep. Suitable for all levels.
