Description:
Light Flow yoga classes are light and creative, but slow paced, that covers basics and are gentle.

These classes will be focusing on fundamental core poses.

One week we may work on Sun Salutations, another week on Standing Postures another on Floor Postures and Twists and another week on Backbends and Inversions.

Light Flow will suit all levels, it’s also great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

Why start at 9.30am, Yoga Maya are mindful of your time restraints, there are a group of people we want to help in the community, like parents with school age kids, shift workers and people working from home, etc.

We understand family life pressure, the daily stress, being time poor and trying to juggle everything to fit in our lives. We just want to help by providing better suited yoga class and start time, we hope this class and start time works for you.

The interesting point about these two classes are, we have 2 individual experienced yoga teachers, Tammy and Shona, on set days, Mondays and Wednesdays who are going to teach Light Flow, so it's similar but will be different, offering a variety, how exiting is that for our customers and students. We hope that our students each week will want to book into both Light Flow classes.
