A variation on the traditional sequence, Ashtanga mini draws from the core poses to create a practice that will still strnegthen, challenge and give you the opportunity to grow over a shorter time.
Usually one would allow 75-90min to complete the whole Ashtanga primary series, here Tammy will give variance week-by-week while maintaing essesnce of this sadhana.
This is the class that will challenge, build strength, increase flexibility and give you staying power. Sanskrit and English words are used to describe asana’s (posses).
This Ashtanga class repeats  the same sequence of asanas' each week so you start to remember each asana and the sequence, students become proficient and focused in their practice. Requires a degree of fitness.

Please practice mindfully, stop if you have any pain, if you get discomfort that's an opportunity to work with your body. 

Only practice what you feel safe and comfortable practicing.
