This is a free on line class through Zoom.

You will be required to sign up for a free Zoom account.

This class will suit people who want yoga that's not going to be hard and advanced.
The class will be slower so students can follow each yoga pose, but we still add a challenge for students.
The yoga is done on the floor and standing.
We start with breathing practice, meditation, then warm up our body before a little more challenging posses which are seated and standing and finally finishing with glorious relaxation.
This class level will suit all levels and beginners.
Please practice mindfully, stop if you have any pain, if you get discomfort that's an opportunity to work with your body. 
Only practice what you feel safe and comfortable practicing.
