Sink into 40 minutes of gentle, nourishing asana - blending longer-held floor-based postures with soft, fluid movements to invite spaciousness and ease. With the support of props and a restorative touch, you'll be guided to surrender into supine and grounded poses that nurture the nervous system and support emotional release.
We'll then transition into a healing sound experience for the remaining 20 minutes which unfortunately will not come through the microphone to be heard at home. You have the choice to stay in a deliciously long savasana or meditation, or wind up your practice and move into your day as you please.
