Exclusive to our Fuel Your Flow 2025

Start your week with clarity, steadiness, and intention. Breathe & Begin is a special class added to our timetable for the Fuel Your Flow challenge, designed to set the tone for your practice and your day.

Rooted in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), this session blends movement, breathing techniques, and stillness to cultivate both resilience and openness.

Each class includes:
🌅 20-30 minutes of gentle sunrise movement to awaken the body and ease into the day.
🌬️ 10 minutes of pranayama for energizing, clearing, and centering.
🧘 20-30 minutes of guided seated meditation

*Note: the class is not always guided laid out in the set sequence listed above.

All of this practice can be done seated in a chair or on a mat, allowing for comfort and accessibility.

As part of Fuel Your Flow, this practice is an opportunity to deepen your connection to breath, movement, and mindfulness—helping you carry the flow from your mat into your daily life. Step into the week, breathe, and begin.
