During this class, the instructor leads you through elements of the Ashtanga Series, offering guidance on alignment, breath (Ujjayi Pranayama), and Drishti (focused gaze). Ashtanga’s emphasis on Vinyasa, the flowing connection between poses, supports cardiovascular health, improves endurance, and enhances concentration.
