Asha is a mother of 3, Postpartum Doula and Registered Yoga Teacher with specialised postgraduate training in Yoga for Trauma and Mental Health, Prenatal, Active Birth, and Postpartum Yoga. Her expertise further spans across Children's and Teens Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
She strongly believes in promoting holistic wellbeing, harnessing the power of mindfulness, movement, and aligning with our innate biological rhythms and is passionate about the well-being and development of children and the benefits mindfulness-based practices can bring.
