Lets not deny the fact that ageing brings changes to our body and mind. It effects our motivation, strength, balance, walking, breathing, concentration and memory our well-being. These changes start at 50 years old. If we can keep what we have now, by maintaining ourselves, to just slow things down, then how amazing would that be.

We keep the yoga at a light slow level so everyone can follow and do the posses, but still adding a challenge for students. The yoga is done on the floor and standing. 

Most of our students rave about how much benefit they feel and how bad they feel if they stop coming for a while.

The level suits beginners, the pace is slow and the instructors voice is deliberately audible to follow.
