Join us for our Gentle Flow Yoga class, perfect for all levels. This class focuses on slow, deliberate movements and mindful breathing to help you relax and find inner peace.

You'll practice a series of gentle postures designed to enhance flexibility and strength without straining your body. Each session starts with calming breathwork to centre yourself, followed by a smooth flow of seated and standing poses. We’ll move mindfully, allowing time to fully experience each posture.

Our experienced instructor will guide you through the practice with gentle language, offering modifications to suit your needs. The class ends with restorative poses and a relaxing final meditation, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
