Our Friday sessions blend sequences that may include warm-ups, Sun and Moon Salutations, standing flows, and more creative poses like Flying Dragon. You’ll experience a dynamic combination of movements that build heat and energy, followed by cooling down with floor poses and finishing with five minutes of blissful relaxation.
