We slowly take you through a classical sequence, designed to work the whole body, create energy, calm the mind and control the breathe.

During class, teacher will use Sanskrit and English words to describe asana’s (postures). Beautiful opening and closing chants are sung by call and response, your welcome to join in

This Ashtanga class repeats the same set sequence of asanas in each class, you start to remember each asana's alignment, the order of the set sequence and students become proficient and much more focused in their practice.

Tammy & Kerry skilfully take students through their Ashtanga practice, helping them to delve deeper to find their inner strength and ability, using ease.

This is class will be challenge (but rest when you like), build strength, increase all round flexibility and give you staying power.

Suits all levels, great class to learn classical yoga and great for beginners.
