This early morning class is perfect if you love an early start to your day. 

These morning classes will energizing your day. 

Tuesdays class is more classical vinyasa/Hatha.

Starting with pranayama (breathing practice), warm ups light stretches, then we move into more challenging yoga finishing with short relaxation period at end of the class.

Suit all levels and beginners.
