Spiritual (not religious), working with the moon cycles, chackras, energy lines and flows, to bring body and mind into balance. Yin will rejuvenate and work with a few deep stretches, release tension, energy, tightness and tired spots, this style of yin yoga does just that, it's mostly practiced on the floor (hardly any standing), in a dreamy studio atmosphere, with candles burning, soft music playing and Tammy's teaches using a soft voice. You may feel so relaxed you may not want to go home to bed.
