The theme of the class will continue based on pawanmuhktasana (wind releasing) which aims to limber, strengthen the joints, stimulate, massage muscle groups and help one’s body and mind to feel open and loose. It is delivered with movement practices to assist relieving Vata and instil grounded light positive energy for the body and mind. This is done with mostly seated postures using repetition movements but we will move to standing and incorporate flowing sequences from time to time too.
This class is great for beginners and those wanting a practice focused more on relieving muscular tension in neck, shoulders, back and hips.
