Description:
Join Shona for your morning of mantra awakening your body to the rising sun.

Learn the traditional surya namaskar sequence (sun salutation) and accompanying mantras to venerate the sun.

The yoga sequence will bring warmth, strength, flexibility. encourage breath and a focus of the mind.

Understand the deeper context in which your practice is situated through the stories of the epics and names of the asanas. 

Be guided into deep relaxation as Shona shares sacred chants which the women in her family have passed down over the generations

Suit’s all levels, Shona starts slow but then bring your core temperature up, you will feel challenged and awesome after then finishing with easy soft relaxing mantras.
