Join Angela for this 75mins session as she weaves mindfulness, compassion, and gentle wisdom into her teaching. As a certified yoga teacher, she blends yin, restorative, and therapeutic approaches with sound healing for a holistic whole‑body experience.

What to Expect

  • Yin Yoga: Poses held for several minutes each, offering deep release and stillness in a calm, nurturing environment

  • Sound Bath: Following and during the physical practice, Angela invites you to lie back and sink into resonant sound—a blend of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, rainsticks, and her vocals—designed to soothe nervous systems and restore balance

  • Atmosphere: Likely candlelit or softly lit, warm, and enveloping—supporting an intimate, inward journey.
