We keep Sundays slow and nourishing with longer holds- suitable for all levels, with the option of more challenging asanas, it’s your choice.


Unlike a fast flowing Vinyasa, Nourish and flow focuses on giving you the space to just be… and to move…sometimes using studio props, like bolsters, blocks and straps to support your practice.
