Join us for a dynamic 60-minute fast flow vinyasa yoga class that will challenge and invigorate your body and mind. 

This class will move at a quick pace, linking breath with movement as we flow through a series of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The second half of the class will feature a special workshop segment, where we'll take a deeper dive into intermediate postures such as inversions (sirsasana, shoulderstand), backbends or any of your favourite postures you are working with or are called to explore from child-pose to handstand. 
The teacher may not be able to assist you with technique for advanced postures that are not in their practice but they will provide an encouraging and supportive space for your own self-led exploration if you so choose.

 Some prior yoga experience recommended but not essential and is more dependent on your current active healthfulness and mobility.
