The format of our Yoga Nidra sessions embraces a three-fold path:


1. **Mindful Movement:** Begin by grounding yourself in your physical body through gentle movements. This practice aids in bringing awareness to every part of your body, releasing stored tension, and preparing your body for deep relaxation.


2. **Restful Breathing:** Moving forward, we consciously connect with the rhythm of the breath. Breathing exercises help in regulating your energy, harmonizing your mind-body connection, and paving the path towards a more tranquil state of being.


3. **Yoga Nidra:** Finally, in a space of stillness and peace, we delve into the profound practice of Yoga Nidra. It's in this deep, restful state where healing, rejuvenation, and transformation occur.
