The impact of the secular principles and physical, mindful techniques make it accessible to every body, because the practice can be adapted to suit all levels of mobility, however limited, and its individual centered approach helps support self-empowered physical, mental & emotional healing, strengthening and existence.
Having its origins in ancient India, Yoga is all about the system that aims at the holistic wellness of humans including the body, mind and the spirit.
The idea of International Yoga Day was conceived in order to spread the awareness about the invaluable benefits of Yoga among the world community for physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Lets come together and celebrate international yoga day free event
This special community yoga free event will be light and easy, the focus starting with Kirtan Chanting, Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation). We are going to present and practice various flows, including the integrals of sadhana (spiritual/yoga practice) being meditation, Pranayama (breath control) and Savasana (relaxation).
It will be a treat as we present this practice from the love of 4 yoga teachers.
We will bring chai to share with you afterwards and there will be Pot luck, so if you have time and the inclination we would love you to bring a plate of food to share with everyone after Yoga.
