Please join us for a free seated or laying down 20 minute meditation practice.

This will include simple pranayama (breath control), a light stretch before meditation practice.

We will practice guidance meditation. 

No experience required, beginners and all are welcome.

Meditation has many healing benefits, physically and physiologically to the body and mind.

Noble silence will be practiced, before, during and after meditation.

What You Need: 
Please bring your favorite cushion or mat to sit or lay down on. We do have some mats and cushions available, but numbers are limited.

There are limited numbers available so booking is essential.
