Ashtanga mini covers part of the primary series of asana's (poses).

We slowly take you through a classical sequence, designed to work the whole body, mind and breathing.

This is the class that will challenge you, build strength, increase all round flexibility and give you staying power.
Sanskrit and English words are used to describe asana’s.

Ashtanga repeats  the same sequence of asanas' each week so you start to remember each asana and the sequence, students have the opportunity to correct their alignment, become proficient and more focused in their own practice.

Tammy has a rare skill to slowly take through your yoga practice, help you delve deep to find your inner strength and ability.
Suits all levels and a great class to learn yoga's classical posses, become fitter and great for beginners.
